Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement. Buyers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment purchased is faulty or incorrect as a result of an error of Character Planet.

Wrong Size or Unwanted items

If you wish to return an item because you have ordered the wrong size or simply do not want the item, then we will offer you an exchange. Buyers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

  • We will not accept returns if the items have visible signs of use ie: has been worn or washed
  • Buyers must contact us via email regarding all returns and await approval from us
  • Returns must be received by us within 28 days after the buyer has contacted us regarding the return
  • All items returned must be in original condition/packaging and include a print of approval email from us.
  • Orders returned for exchange will incur a re-delivery charge
  • Refunds will only be given on items that are deemed faulty. If the wrong size/colour has been ordered, then we will offer an exchange or credit note.
  • Delivery fee will be reimbursed for damaged or defective products only
